Turbo Frenchbug came into our rescue program on July 26, 2023. Turbo Frenchbug came into our rescue program from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office along with 28 other horses, 23 cows, and 19 sheep and goats, as a cruelty case. Sadly, 2 of the cows had to be euthanized the day of the seizure. The animals were living in deplorable conditions, not enough land or food to accommodate 71 total animals. On January 25, 2024, in the district court of Lincoln County and the State of Oklahoma having filed its motion regarding the animals, court has awarded the ownership to Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue. Although we do know some of the horse's identities, all horses will be adopted out as grade horses, without registration papers, as the former owner has not released those. Turbo Frenchbug is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Stud. Turbo Frenchbug was foaled on May 1, 2019, which makes him 4 years of age upon arrival into our program. Turbo Frenchbug is emaciated with a body score of a 1. Bloodwork showed him to be anemic and his fecal shows he was infested with internal parasites. Turbo Frenchbug has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Turbo Frenchbug's Rehabilition.

Update June 1, 2024 Turbo Frenchbug has gone into training with Dickinson Performance Horses. We hope he will be back in 30 to 60 days, depending on how he does in training. We look forward to updating his adoption status soon.

Update July 2024 Turbo Frenchbug has returned from 30 days of training. He is an amazing horse with a solid mind and willing to please personality. This sweet boy has a lot of potential and will make someone a wonderful horse. He stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Turbo Frenchbug has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. Turbo Frenchbug has been adopted to a wonderful family in Yukon, Oklahoma. Turbo Frenchbug is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that he found a forever family that will shower him with the love and attention that he deserves.
